We have made a serious effort to make this site "user friendly". However, we are aware that people can sometimes be intimidated by new things. With that in mind here are a few helpful comments: In web site terminology a "page" is a new screen of information. HOME PAGE refers to the first page you see when you access the site. All other pages have a different layout from the home page.

The home page has three square buttons on each side of the large Bench Fitness Center splash image. These are the main page links to the other pages. Clicking on the pictures in the splash image will bring you to this help page. (as you already know.) Just below the splash image is the login for registered members and staff. Staff login info is managed by site managers. New users can register on the New users page by clicking on the top left button on the home page: "See our special offers for new members"

A word of CAUTION: This site includes some links to other sites. When you click on these links, you are leaving this site completely. We have no control over content on other sites and other sites have no links back to us. You will have to use your browser's BACK button to come back here.

These hints (below) apply to all pages EXCEPT the home page.
The horizontal bar across the screen just below the "Bench Fitness Centers" header is a navigation bar. Each of the square buttons will take you to a screen with the information described on the button. These separate screens all have the same layout. On all pages except the Home page the leftmost button will take you back to the home page. No matter where you are in the site you are only one click away from the home page.

The area below the navigation bar is the content area. This is where the information is presented. At the bottom of the content areas there are some quick links to some of the other pages, a link to the "contact us" page and a link to River Road Software (producer of this site). If you have other issues with this site (such as accessibility concerns) use this link to send us a description of your issues and what changes you would like to see here. We will consider you suggestions with open minds and make serious efforts to address your concerns. Clicking on the HOME link in the bottom navigation bar will always take you back to the start page (Home page) no matter where you are on the site.
