We have made a serious effort to make this site "user friendly". However, we are aware that people can sometimes be intimidated by new things. With that in mind we present a few helpful comments. (Due to browser differences some features may not display as we intended. If you see something strange please let us know... and tell us what browser and version you are using)
In website terminology a "page" is a new screen of information. The horizontal bar across the screen just below the "Support for Working People" logo is the navigation bar. Each of the square buttons will take you to a screen with the information described on the button. These separate screens all have the same layout. On all pages except the Home page the third button (with the red lettering) will take you back to the home page. No matter where you are in the site you are only one click away from the home page. The leftmost button on the navigation bar will always take you directly to the instruction page for getting imediate help with your problem.
Between the logo and the navigation bar there is a small space. On the left side of this space is "home" followed by the name of the current page.
The area below the navigation bar is the content area. This is where the information is presented. At the bottom of the content areas there are some quick links to some of the other pages, a link to the "contact us" page and a link to River Road Software (producer of this site). If you have other issues with this site (such as accessibility concerns) use this link to send us a description of your issues and what changes you would like to see here. We will consider you suggestions with open minds and make serious efforts to address your concerns.
Just to the right of the logo on the home page is "Join our mailing list..." Clicking in this area will take you to the contact form where you can enter you mailing address for a paper newsletter or you email address for an email nesletter.
A word of CAUTION: This site includes some links to other sites. When you click on these links, you are leaving this site completely. We have no control over content on other sites and other sites have no links back to us. You will have to use your browser's BACK button to come back here.
